Is your life on pause once a month?
Take your life back by tackling the root cause of your symptoms!

Your cycle shouldn’t control your life—and it doesn’t have to.
The truth is, most women are told that pain, fatigue, mood swings, or irregular cycles are just “part of being a woman.” But, in truth, while the symptoms so many of us live with are common—they are not normal.
Conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, and related hormonal imbalances affect millions of women, yet too often these concerns are brushed aside. You might hear that your labs are “fine,” that the pill is your only option, or that your pain is just something you’ll have to live with.
I know how frustrating that is—because I’ve been there.
I had severe endometriosis that started in my teens, with pain so intense I would miss school and later found myself curled up on the bathroom floor in college and grad school, nauseated and in agony. My life revolved around my cycle. I planned my schedule around it, avoided commitments, and felt like my body was working against me. And the pain wasn’t limited to my period—flare-ups could strike at any time.
But that’s not the end of the story.
Through the process of identifying and treating the root causes, including how my thyroid was playing a hidden role in my symptoms, everything changed. Today, I’m active, comfortable, and functional every single day of the month. I’ve even caught myself heading to the gym on day one of my cycle—something I never would’ve imagined 15 years ago.
That transformation is possible for you, too.
In my naturopathic practice, I take an individualized and evidence-based approach to hormonal health. Together, we’ll explore how your diet, stress, sleep, thyroid, gut health, and environment are affecting your hormonal balance—and build a plan to support your body naturally and effectively.
When appropriate, I also use advanced testing such as the DUTCH test (a comprehensive hormone panel) to better understand your unique hormone patterns and guide targeted support.
Whether you’re navigating heavy periods, irregular cycles, pelvic pain, PCOS, endometriosis, or unexplained fatigue and mood swings—you are not alone. There are real, science-backed tools that can help you feel better.
Let’s work together to restore your rhythm, your energy, and your confidence—every day of the month.
